WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal for all orders.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?

Yes! We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY DEBIT CARD ONLINE?

Yes! And please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

DO YOU ALLOW CASHIER'S CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS?

No. At this time we do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX ON ANY ITEM?

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Kentucky, Nevada, New York and North Carolina. If you are shipping to any of these states, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

WHAT IS ISAVELA STORE CREDIT AND HOW DO I GET IT?

Isavela Store Credit is credit received for returns that may be used to purchase future orders on Isavela.com. When returning items you have the option to 'Receive Isavela Store Credit' or 'Refund my Credit Card'; if you select 'Receive Isavela Store Credit' you will receive Isavela Store Credit for the amount of your return.

HOW DO I USE ISAVELA STORE CREDIT?

Isavela Store Credit may be used to make purchases on Isavela.com orders - simply look for the store credit section in the Checkout process and choose to apply store credit to your purchase.

HOW CAN I OBTAIN THE BALANCE OF MY ISAVELA STORE CREDIT?

Log into your account and you will see your store credit balance displayed in the right column.

WHAT IS PAYPAL?

PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. As of today, PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. One advantage of using PayPal payment method is that it offers faster, safer and easier checkouts and promises to protect customers from revealing their credit card and other financial information to the merchant.

HOW DO I USE A PAYPAL PAYMENT OPTION ON ISAVELA?

Existing PayPal users who would like to use PayPal payment method when placing an order can click on the "Checkout with PayPal" button when checking out. New PayPal users who would like to use PayPal as a payment method will be redirected to the PayPal website to sign up for an account and will be presented with the "Checkout with PayPal" option when they get back to the IsavelaFlorida.com web site.

Shipping And Returns

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are shipped by UPS or USPS. We offer overnight, 2-day, and standard shipping options. Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive within 5 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday, cannot be guaranteed for same day shipment. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays are shipped the following business day.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We currently can ship online to Puerto Rico and Canada. Other areas please call 1-800-918-8242 or email orders@isavela.com to obtain information about distribution in your respective country.

I WANT TO RETURN MY PURCHASE! WHAT DO I DO?

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 15 days of purchase less any shipping costs. (Return must be unworn, in the state you received them, tag still intact, and in the original packaging.)

Beyond the intial 15 days, we can only offer a free exchange of equal or comparable item. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

We understand that not every product will fit perfectly and you may need to return or exchange your purchase. Custom, altered, our Binders, or LipoFoam or special order products cannot be returned. Please note that we will readily accept returns or exchanges for products in their original condition within 14 days of the purchase date. Altered, damaged, or stained products will not be accepted.

Isavela guarantees all products are free of defects caused by materials or workmanship. Isavela Florida will inspect all products upon return. Refunds or credit will not be issued for products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or soiled.

To ensure full credit for your product return, please adhere to the following requests:

When trying on a Isavela product:

  • Please wear a full undergarment, such as pantyhose, when checking for proper fit of a body garment.
  • Please avoid using lotions, perfumes, oils, or deodorants that may stain or scent the product.
  • Be sure to completely cover incision sites to avoid blood or body fluid from staining the product.
  • Please avoid storing the product in areas that are subject to strong odors, such as cigarette smoke, or allergens, such as pet hair dander.

Return Packaging:

A return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Return the package using the carrier of your choice; Isavela does not provide return shipping. We recommend using FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post to ensure safe, documented delivery.

Compression Garments

HOW DO I KNOW MY GARMENT SIZE?

If you are unsure of your garment size, our product sizes are not based upon standard clothing sizes.

To find your correct size, you must measure your body. For a detailed explanation on how and where to measure for the product you have selected, please see our comprehensive size charts for Medical Compression products.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ISAVELA PRODUCT?

To keep your product in good condition, we recommend cold water washing and line drying. For stain removal, soak the product in 2 to 3 gallons of cold water with 1/2 cup of peroxide for 30 minutes, and follow recommended care instructions.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PRODUCT IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Considerations:

Procedure - Each product is designed to target a specific procedure, featuring targeted compression and support at incision sites to assist in healing.

Zippered vs. Non-Zippered Products - Zippered body products are ideal for wear immediately after surgery, allowing for easy application. Non-zippered body products feature targeted interior fabric panels to shape and mold your body.

Body Coverage - For optimal results, your product should provide coverage at the targeted site and surrounding areas.

WHAT IS THE CORRECT SIZE FOR ME?

Our product sizes are not based upon standard clothing sizes. To find your correct size, you must measure your body. For a detailed explanation on how and where to measure for the product you've selected, please see our comprehensive size charts for Medical Compression products. Please note: Although you will be smaller after your liposuction procedure, we recommend you base your product size selection on your preoperative measurements. Postsurgical swelling will cause your body to remain at your preoperative size immediately after your surgery. As the swelling subsides, you can transition into a non-zippered garment that will mold and shape tissue into to the new contours of your body.

HOW DOES COMPRESSION ASSIST IN POSTSURGICAL HEALING?

After an aesthetic or reconstructive procedure, compression is recommended to accelerate recovery and ensure optimal results.

WHY CAN'T I JUST WEAR A LINGERIE SHAPER OR A JOG BRA?

A garment that feels like athletic wear, yoga wear, or a lingerie shaper will not provide the level of constant and sustained compression or support required after a surgical procedure. A compression garment is a medical garment with a specific purpose, to encourage the healing and recovery process after a reconstructive or aesthetic procedure, and help the skin conform to its new contours. HOW LONG SHOULD I WEAR THE PRODUCTS?

Physicians who recommend compression garments vary in their opinions regarding the length of time a patient should wear a garment. However, on average, the recommended duration is from three weeks to three months. During the first three to four weeks, a compression garment should be worn at all times and only removed to shower or bathe.

WHY SHOULD I ORDER MORE THAN ONE GARMENT?

Because when your washing one you will be wearing the other garment. After ypu physician recommends you go to the second stage you will be wearing a second stage garment which are most likely zipper less. WHAT IF MY MEASUREMENTS DO NOT FIT WITHIN THE SIZE CHARTS? DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM GARMENTS?

Occasionally, patients with unique body types have a difficult time finding compression garments that provide a proper fit and accurate compression. When faced with body measurements outside a standard size chart, a patient can opt for a custom made compression garment. A genuine custom garment is made from a pattern crafted using a patient's unique measurements taken within the surgical area associated with the patient's specific procedure. Although many companies offer custom garment services and alterations, only a few can construct a custom garment based on a patient's unique measurements. Isavela will gladly construct a genuine custom garment within 48 hours.

HOW DO I PUT MY GARMENT ON?

If you are going to apply your product at home, we recommended that someone assist you. Please make sure to completely dry your body before putting on your product. All products are designed for ease of application and a snug fit to ensure proper compression.

Zippered Body Products

If the zipper catches on the product, please do not attempt to force the zipper in any direction. Please remove the product and gently work the zipper until it moves freely again.

Unzip all zippers completely. If your product has detachable shoulder straps, unhook the front closure. Assume a seated position. Place your feet into the product leg openings. Depending on the product length, position the bottom hemline properly at your ankles, knees, or thighs.

Remaining seated, gently position the garment into place around your hips and crotch and pull onto your upper body. Stand up slowly and pull the garment fully into place, making sure the crotch opening is correctly positioned.

If you do not feel comfortable standing up, please lie on your back to apply the garment. If the garment has shoulder straps, they can be positioned and fastened now.

Next, fasten the hook and eye closures on one side of the garment and then slowly pull the zipper closed. When one side of the garment has been zipped closed, repeat these steps on the other side.

Non-Zippered Body Products

If your product has detachable shoulder straps, unhook the front closure. Assume a seated position. Place your feet into the product leg openings. Depending on the product length, position the bottom hemline properly at your ankles, knees, or thighs.

Remaining seated, gently position the garment into place around your hips and crotch.

Stand up slowly and pull the garment fully into place, making sure the crotch opening is correctly positioned.

Facial Bands

Please stand in front of a mirror when putting on any of the facial bands. Watching yourself in the mirror will help you as you position the facial band around your face, head, or neck.

Lay the facial band on a flat surface with the Velcro strip face up. Pick up the band by placing your hands at the ends of the band. Position the middle of the facial band underneath the chin while extending the ends of the band up over your head. The side of the band without Velcro should be placed against the crown of the head first. Next, place the side of the band with the Velcro over the top of your head, making sure the Velcro strip is flat and secure. You can then position the two smaller straps on the front and back of the head to hold the facial band in place. Please note: If you are using the FA03, the strap that goes around the head should be positioned first.

Bras

The hook & eye closures found on the back of the bra (if applicable) should be fastened on the middle row. The front hook & eye closures (if applicable) should be separated and the shoulder straps loosened.

Slide your arms through the opening between the shoulder strap and bra, but do not tighten the shoulder straps. Close the front hook & eye adjustment, starting at the bottom closure and working up. Adjust the shoulder straps to the desired comfort.

If the bra is too tight or loose, take the bra off by separating the front hook & eye closures and adjust the back hook & eye closure to loosen or tighten the fit. Please repeat the above steps to put the bra back on.

Please note: If you are using style BR03, the adjustable breast band should be fastened once the bra has been put on.

DO ISAVELA PRODUCTS CONTAIN LATEX OR FORMALDEHYDE?

No. Our proprietary blend of Naturexx fabric is 100% latex and rubber free, assuring that there is no risk of deadly allergic reactions. Plus, we have taken additional steps to keep our garments hypoallergenic by rejecting fabric that contains formaldehyde.

WHY DO YOU OFFER PRODUCTS WITH AN OPEN CROTCH?

Since a compression garment must be worn constantly, it is imperative that the garment accommodate body elimination. Therefore, a reinforced, anatomically correct open crotch is essential to a compression garment. The opening should be properly constructed and solidly reinforced to avoid tearing the garment while using the facilities. Furthermore, because accumulated fluid will naturally flow downward due to gravity, the garment opening should be small enough to offer some compressive support to the pubic bone to reduce the possibility of edema in the genitals.
